In January of 2023 I launched a YouTube Channel where I am going through all of the details of how and what I am doing for my full time job as a tech guy for a multi campus church. I feel like much of what I have learned will serve other churches as they grow.
Also I have a focus to replace myself, or “fill my seat.” To me this means that my goal is to train up someone else to take the reigns of what I do. To replace myself. This is a multi part goal to one train up leaders for tomorrow, because I don’t know where God will lead me to go. I will either end in another position or another city and if I’m training others to take my role then I am preparing for tomorrow. My ego is in check and I’m focused on what God would have me to do. I think this is how we do ministry.
